How long do I get support?

The best way to contact support is either through Faceboook messenger, email (connect@bumima.com) or through our discord community. The preferred channel is to send the team an email and we will get back to you within 24 hrs. If you need to hear from us sooner contact our discord community and email the group.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Simply disconnect your Metamask wallet for all autotrade plans. For manual trades accepting signals we will stop your access and hibernate your account once you contact connect@bumima.com. Your plan will stop from the time you contact us and no further charges will be incurred.

Can you trust Bumi?

Who plants the trees?
